INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS
When you come to Minneapolis/St.Paul Airport (MSP) on an International flight arriving at the Lindbergh Terminal, please meet us in the Level 1 Baggage Claim at the location outlined in the red box:

NOTE: Do not leave this area until you have made contact with the ISO volunteer who will pick you up.

DOMESTIC ARRIVALS
When you come to Minneapolis/St.Paul Airport on a domestic flight (from another US city) please meet us at the baggage claim carousel for your flight.  The baggage claim at the Lindbergh Terminal is located on Level 1 and shown below.
